Claresholm chef concocts truly creative meals on Food Network show
I was contracted as freelance writer by Lethbridge College, assigned to write a captivating story of an alumnus of the Culinary program. Keith Carlson competed in Chopped Canada, and I had the pleasure of writing the story of his experience of being a Food Network crowd pleaser, as well as a restaurateur to a legendary Southern Alberta restaurant in Claresholm, Alberta.
Clean Sweep Program Expanding
As the manager of the Clean Sweep Program, I informed the public of our initiatives as to partnerships with our funding stakeholders. I composed press releases for Lethbridge media, such as this story that was adapted for the Lethbridge Herald.
Recreation & Culture Press Release
At the City of Lethbridge, it’s important to share timely information regarding changes in programming as soon as possible. This was particularly true when discussing subsidies and the changes to the pay structures to the citizens of Lethbridge.
The Community Social Development’s Community Engagement Specialist tasked me to write a press release, which became available on the City of Lethbridge’s website.
